Bank Aljazira’s board of directors accepted today, Oct. 7, the resignation of managing director and CEO Nabil Dawood Al-Hoshan with immediate effect, the bank said in a statement to Tadawul.
Al-Hoshan tendered his resignation on Oct. 7, citing personal reasons. He joined the board of directors on Jan. 1, 2019, the statement added.
The bank appointed Ahmed Sufiyan Al-Hassan as the acting CEO until it obtains Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority’s (SAMA) approval on appointing a new chief executive.
