SABB board member Maria Ramos resigns

Saudi British Bank (SABB) announced the resignation of Maria Ramos from her position as an independent board member and chairperson of Nomination and Remuneration Committee (NRC), effective Dec. 31, 2020, due to personal reasons.

 

The resignation was submitted on Oct. 1 and accepted by the board on Oct. 13.
