Saudi Arabia records new 474 COVID-19 cases on Tuesday

Saudi Arabia recorded new 474 COVID-19 cases today, Oct. 13, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 340,089, the Ministry of Health stated.

 

Recoveries reached 500, raising the total number of recovered cases to 326,339 (96% of total COVID-19 cases).

 

The Kingdom reported new 19 deaths, with the death toll standing at 5,087.

 

Active cases totaled 8,663, of which 839 cases are critical.

 

Makkah reported the highest number of COVID-19 cases at 59, followed by Madinah (58), Yanbu (37) and Al Hofuf (29).

 

The Kingdom conducted 49,495 new tests, bringing up the total number of tests to 7.11 million.
