The General Directorate of Passports (Jawazat) extended the validity of final exit visas of expats until Oct. 31, 2020 without charge.
The move aims to support expats with unused visas during the suspension of entry and exit from the Kingdom, in the wake of the outbreak of COVID-19, the Saudi Press Agency reported.
The extension has been implemented online in cooperation with the National Information Center.
Jawazat has so far extended the validity of nearly 29,000 final exit visas.
