Saudi Arabia’s Communications and Information Technology Commission (CITC) launched its new identity and strategy today, Oct. 18, to reflect the strategy of the communications and information technology sector 2023.
The move will boost the commission’s role towards the transformation into a digital regulator for the communications and information technology, as well as the postal sector, in line with the Kingdom's Vision 2030, the commission said in a statement.
In addition, the launch of the identity will contribute to enhancing CITC’s strategic vision of protecting users, encouraging investment, promoting competition and continuing the process of enabling and regulating the digital transformation in the Kingdom.
Furthermore, the step ensures the provision of quality services and innovative digital technologies that will help the Kingdom’s rank among the top 20 CITC regulators by 2030.
