Saudi Arabia records 381 COVID-19 cases on Monday

Saudi Arabia recorded 381 COVID-19 cases today, Oct. 19, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 342,583, the Ministry of Health stated.

 

Recoveries reached 357, raising the total number of recovered cases to 328,895 (96% of total COVID-19 cases).

 

The Kingdom reported 16 new deaths, with the death toll standing at 5,201.

 

Active cases totaled 8,487, of which 844 cases are critical.

 

Madinah reported the highest number of COVID-19 cases at 60, followed by Yanbu (42), Makkah and Riyadh (27), and Al Mubarraz (19).

 

The Kingdom conducted 48,884 new tests, bringing up the total number of tests to 7.4 million.
