Saudi Arabia records 385 COVID-19 cases on Tuesday

Saudi Arabia recorded 385 COVID-19 cases today, Oct. 20, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 342,968, the Ministry of Health stated.

 

Recoveries reached 375, raising the total number of recovered cases to 329,270 (96% of total COVID-19 cases).

 

The Kingdom reported 16 new deaths, with the death toll standing at 5,217.

 

Active cases totaled 8,481, of which 840 cases are critical.

 

Madinah reported the highest number of COVID-19 cases at 59, followed by Yanbu (31), Makkah (27), Riyadh (23) and Khamis Mushait (22).

 

The Kingdom conducted 54,477 new tests, bringing up the total number of tests to 7.46 million.
