ACIG acting chairman resigns

Allied Cooperative Insurance Group (ACIG)’s board of directors approved today, Oct. 20, 2020 the resignation of its acting chairman, Tarek Abdullah Al Rumaim, submitted yesterday for personal reasons, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

The company’s board assigned the chairman’s duties to the board member, Nouf S. Al-Haqabani, until the appointment of a new chairman and obtaining the relevant authorities’ approval.
