Zahrat Al Waha begins operation of 2 plastic preform production lines

Zahrat Al Waha for Trading Co. commenced operation of two plastic preform production lines purchased from Husky Injection Molding Systems, the company said in a bourse statement on Sunday.

 

The installation work of two production lines was completed during the third quarter of 2020, while the trial operation ended in the second half of September 2020.

 

The commercial operation and sales started at the beginning of the fourth quarter of 2020, which will have an impact on production capacity during future periods, the statement noted.

 

In June, Zahrat Al Waha started installing the preform production lines, aimed to boost the company’s annual production capacity by 14%.
