CMA revokes Value Capital’s license for advisory activities

The Capital Market Authority (CMA) revoked the license of Value Capital to conduct managing private non-real estate investment funds, sophisticated investor portfolios, as well as arranging and advising activities in securities business, the market authority said today, Oct. 26.

 

The decision came due to the company’s non-compliance with the commencement requirements of business within the regulatory timeframe.
