Amlak International board member resigns

Amlak International for Real Estate Finance Co.’s board of directors accepted the resignation of Adel Hussain Ahmed (non-executive member), for personal reasons, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The resignation is effective as of Oct. 27, 2020.
