Bonyan REIT board member resigns

Saudi Fransi Capital, the fund manager of Bonyan REIT Fund, approved on Oct. 27, the resignation of independent board member Hani Ibrahim Ahmed Obaid, effective immediately. 

 

Post this resignation, the fund's board members are Shahjahan Qadeer Mirza (chairman), Sulaiman Abdulrahman Saad Al-Rashed and Mohamed ElSayed Abdella Mohamed (non-independent members) and Faisal Muhammad Abdulrahman Al-Omran (independent member).

 

Accordingly, the fund manager will take necessary measures to appoint an independent board member in a timely manner.
