Saudi Enaya appoints Hamad Al Ali as Daman representative to its board

Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance Co. said in a bourse filing that it received a letter from the National Health Insurance Co. (Daman) appointing Hamad Al-Mahyas Al Ali (non-executive member) as a representative of Daman in Saudi Enaya’s board of directors.

 

Al Ali is a substitute for Khaled Abdullah Al-Mass (non-executive member), started April 7, 2020, and after no-objection from the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA).

 

Al Ali holds a master’s degree in DNA Profiling and BSC in Forensic Sciences, and is the chief executive officer at Daman. He is also the general manager for health solutions and healthcare at Daman and a member of board in more than one company.
