Leejam Sports Company (Fitness Time) launched a low-cost and 24-hour gym chain under the new brand “Fitness Time Xpress”, it said in a bourse statement.
The company plans to launch more than 20 Xpress gyms over the next 12 months, including conversions of some of its existing clubs but mainly new additions.
Fitness Time Xpress is the group’s first chain of low-cost and 24-hour gyms with flexible subscriptions, starting with a minimum commitment for its subscribers of one month.
The concept includes 24-hour operations, high specification gym equipment associated with Fitness Time, and state-of-the-art gym design to meet the needs of members.
The clubs are conveniently located, have a digital low-cost operating model with no swimming pools, and are affordably priced to make gyms more accessible as part of Vision 2030.
The firm will make further announcements in due course.
