Saudi Arabia records 450 new COVID-19 cases on Thursday

Saudi Arabia recorded 450 new COVID-19 cases today, Nov. 5, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 349,386, the Ministry of Health said.

 

Recoveries reached 474, raising the total number of recovered cases to 336,068 (96% of total COVID-19 cases).

 

The Kingdom reported 18 new deaths, with the death toll standing at 5,489.

 

Active cases totaled 7,829, of which 763 cases are critical.

 

Riyadh reported the highest number of COVID-19 cases at 67 each, followed by Makkah (51), Madinah (50), Jeddah (28), and Khamis Mushait with 25.

 

The Kingdom conducted 59,317 new tests, bringing up the total number of tests to 8.33 million.
