Al Mashaar REIT Fund chairman resigns, new head to be named

Muscat Capital announced a reshuffle in the board of directors of Al Mashaar REIT Fund, due to the resignation of the fund's chairman, Khalifa bin Abdullah bin Mohamed Al Hatmi (non-independent member), effective from Nov. 8, 2020, according to a bourse statement.

 

The fund’s current board members are Khaled Abdullah Al-Anqari (independent), Saud Saad Al-Sayyari (independent), Abdel-Rahman Talfat (non-independent), Ahmed Bashri (non-independent), and Ahmed Basoudan (non-independent)

 

The new chairman has been chosen and will be announced later upon receiving the non-objection from the Capital Market Authority, the company added.
