Dar Al Arkan plans first residential project in Bosnia and Herzegovina

Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development announced plans to launch its first European residential project. 

 

The real estate developer will build a 500,000 square meter luxury development in Bosnia and Herzegovina. 

 

The project construction will start in early 2021, Dar Al Arkan said in a statement to Argaam, adding that it obtained the municipal and federal approval for the development.  

 

The real estate development, deemed as the largest single project in Bosnia and Herzegovina, will be located in a forest 30 minutes away from Sarajevo.
