Al-Khodari shareholders elect 3 board members

Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Co.’s shareholders elected three members to occupy the vacant positions in the board of directors, during the ordinary general assembly meeting held on Nov. 9, 2020, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The newly appointed members are Abdulaziz Almazroa, Mansour Ali Abdullah Al-Waala and Ali Mohamed Ali Al-Obaid.

 

The appointment is effective from Nov. 9, 2020 until the end of the current term on May 6, 2023.
