Al-Khodari shareholders discuss final restructuring plan

Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Co. held the final presentation on the company’s financial restructuring on Thursday, Nov. 12, 2020, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

The legal as well as the financial advisors attended the presentation, the statement added.

 

The online presentation covered the board of directors’ speech, the current challenges facing the company, the reasons of the incurred losses, the financial restructuring procedure, the company’s strategic as well as operating plan and the timeframe for implementing the plan.

 

Shareholders were later allowed to raise inquiries, and they were answered by the board of the directors as well as the financial and the legal advisors.

 

“The meeting aimed at providing a clear vision as regards the company’s current position, as well as the financial restructuring plan and the shareholders’ role in its implementation,” the statement added.
