Southern Cement shareholders to elect new board on Dec. 24

Southern Province Cement Co.'s shareholders will elect a new board of directors for the upcoming three-year term starting Jan.1, 2021, during an ordinary general meeting that will be held on Dec. 24, 2020.

 

Shareholders can vote on the meeting agenda through Tadawulaty system as of Dec.20, 2020.
