Saudi Arabia records 231 COVID-19 cases on Monday

Saudi Arabia recorded 231 COVID-19 cases today, Nov. 23, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 355,489, the Ministry of Health stated.

 

Recoveries reached 445, raising the total number of recovered cases to 343,816 (97% of total COVID-19 cases).

 

The Kingdom reported 16 new deaths, with the death toll standing at 5,796.

 

Active cases totaled 5,877, of which 765 cases are critical.

 

The Kingdom concluded 40,395 new tests, bringing up the total number of laboratory tests to 9.3 million.

 

Riyadh reported the highest number of COVID-19 cases at 46, followed by Jeddah and Makkah (18) each, then Dammam (14), Yanbu (13), as well as Madinah and Hail (11) each.
