Commerce ministry seeks public opinion on draft amendment to e-commerce law

The Ministry of Commerce invited experts and the public to send their opinions and proposals for the draft amendment to the regulations of the e-commerce law. Opinions and proposals can be sent to ec@mc.gov.sa, by Dec. 13, 2020, the ministry said.

 

The amendment aims to state a mechanism for refunding amount paid to owners of online stores if a consumer terminates the contract.
