Herfy opens board membership nomination

Herfy Food Services Co. opened the nomination process for board of directors’ membership for the upcoming three-year term, starting May 1, 2021.

 

Applicants can submit applications for nomination from Nov. 26 until Dec. 25, 2020, as per the regulatory requirements, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

Shareholders will elect the board members during the upcoming general meeting after obtaining approval from the concerned authorities.
