Al Rajhi Capital appoints new board member

Al Rajhi Capital appointed Assem Raqaban as a non-independent board member in Al Rajhi REIT Fund, effective Dec. 2, 2020, according to a bourse filing.

 

The current board members include Meshel Alshenaifi (chairman and independent member); Assem Raqaban, Ahmed Al Mohsen and Tarik Alsugair as non-independent members; and Feras Alsaid and Saoud bin Mohamed bin Abdulghani Sulaymani as independent members.
