Saudi competition authority approves economic concentration processes between multiple firms

The General Authority for Competition (GAC) approved Alfa Laval AB’s acquisition of Neles Corporation.

 

Alfa Laval AB submitted an offer to acquire 8.46% of Neles Corporation.

 

Alfa Laval AB operates as a supplier of the products and solutions that include heat transfer, separation and fluid handling.

 

The Saudi authority also approved the economic concentration between Volkswagen (China) Investment Co., Ltd, JAC Volkswagen Automotive Co., Ltd. and Anhui Jianghuai Automobile Group Holding.

 

Volkswagen (China) is poised to buy 25% of JAC Volkswagen and 50% of Anhui Jianghuai Group.
