Saudi Public Transport Co.’s (SAPTCO) board of directors approved on Monday, Dec. 7, the royal decree number 21505 received to appoint a chairman and members of government representatives on the company's board of directors for a period of three years for its next session that will start on Feb. 13, 2021.
The non-executive members are Khalid bin Saleh Al-Mudaifer, Zayed bin Abdulrahman Al-Towayan, Abdulaziz bin Musaed, and Abdullah bin Ibrahim Al-Saleh, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
Al-Mudaifer is Deputy Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources for Mining Affairs, and SAPTCO’s Chairman. He holds a master's degree in civil engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals.
Al-Towayan is the Ministry of Interior’s representative and Deputy Director of Public Security. He holds a master's degree in criminal justice from Naif Arab University for Security Sciences (NAUSS).
Bin Musaed is the Ministry of Finance’s representative and Assistant Undersecretary of Resource and Budget Sector. He holds a master's degree in business administration from Suffolk University in Boston, USA.
Bin Ibrahim Al-Saleh is the Ministry of Commerce’s representative and Assistant Undersecretary for Planning and Development. He holds a master's degree in information systems from King Saud University.
