Saudi Arabia records 159 COVID-19 cases on Wednesday

Saudi Arabia recorded 159 COVID-19 cases today, Dec. 9, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 359,274, the Ministry of Health stated.

 

Recoveries reached 210, raising the total number of recovered cases to 349,624 (97% of total COVID-19 cases).

 

Active cases totaled 3,648, of which 550 cases are critical.

 

The Kingdom reported 13 new deaths, with the death toll standing at 6,002.

 

Riyadh reported the highest number of COVID-19 cases at 65, followed by Makkah (24), Madinah (22) and Eastern Province (21).
