Taiba reappoints Walid Alissa as board chairman

Taiba Investment Co.’s board of directors reappointed Walid M. Alissa as board chairman for the new three-year term, starting Jan.1, 2021, it said in a bourse statement.

 

The board also appointed Anas M. Serafi as deputy chairman and Ayman H. Saeed as secretary of the board of directors.
