National Company for Learning & Education (NCLE) shareholders are set to vote on an 8% cash dividend for the fiscal year 2019/2020 ended Aug. 31, 2020, at SAR 0.8 per share, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) that will be held on Jan. 13, 2021.

Shareholders will also vote on delegating the company’s board of directors to distribute cash dividend for FY 2020/21 on a semi-annual or a quarterly basis, NCLE said in a bourse statement today.
They will vote on approving the board of directors and auditor reports, as well as financial statements for FY 2019/20. In addition, shareholders will appoint the company’s auditors for Q3 of FY2020/2021, FY 2020/21 ending on Aug. 31, 2021, and Q1 and Q2 of FY2021/2022.
The meeting will also elect new board members for the three-year term, starting Feb. 28, 2021, as well as formation of audit committee and discharge of the board members liability for the fiscal year ended Aug. 31, 2020.
