Al Jouf Cement inks SAR 60 mln contract with Soliman bin Saleh Almohileb

Al Jouf Cement Co. signed on Dec. 21, 2020, a SAR 60 million sales contract with Soliman bin Saleh Almohileb and his Sons Holding Co.

 

The agreement is valid until Aug. 30, 2021, and will have a positive financial impact, the cement producer said in a bourse filing.

 

There are no related parties, it noted.
