Hail Cement shareholders to vote on amending company's objectives, dividend bylaws on Jan. 21

Hail Cement Co.’s shareholders are set to vote on amending bylaws during the extraordinary general assembly meeting that will be held on Jan. 21, 2021, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

They will vote on amending articles related to the company’s objectives and dividend distribution, the statement added.
