Saudi Arabia is keen on building government facilities on state-owned land, Al Ekhbariya TV channel reported, citing Ihsan Bafakih, governor of the State Properties General Authority (SPGA).

On the sideline of signing a joint memorandum of cooperation between the Board of Grievances and SPGA, Bafakih said the authority will rationalize spending, increase the unnecessary spaces, and use the value engineering.

He added that the authority focuses on building sustainable government buildings in line with the goals of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
