Saudi Arabia, Brazil agree on visit visa procedures

The official gazette published, on Jan. 8, the agreement signed by Saudi Arabia and Brazil, on Oct. 30, 2019, as regards the regulation of visa visit procedures.

 

The agreement aims to strengthen the relation between the two governments and allow citizens to move between the two countries, except for the purposes of immigration, work, Hajj or Umrah, taking into account the principle of reciprocity.

 

The agreement grants each party multiple-visit visas for the citizens of the other party, valid for five years, in accordance with the laws and regulations of each party, provided that the period of stay in each trip does not exceed 90 days, and 180 days per year. In addition, the passports of the citizens wishing to obtain the visit visas must be valid.

 

The visa fees are $80 (SAR 300 riyals), according to the principle of reciprocity.
