Seera elects board of directors for new session

Seera Group Holding’s ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM), held on Jan. 7, 2021, approved the appointment of the members of the board of directors for the upcoming three-year session that starts March 29, 2021, according to a bourse filing.

 

The board comprises Mohammed Bin Saleh Al-Khalil, Yazeed Khalid Al-Muhaizaa, Abdullah Bin Nasser Al-Dawood, Ibrahim Bin Abdulaziz Al-Rashed, Ahmed Samer Bin Al-Zaim, Majed Bin Ayed Al-Nifiei, and Mazen Bin Ahmed Al-Jubeir.

 

The meeting also approved the formation of the review committee, defined its tasks, work controls and remuneration for its members for the new session.

 

The members of the committee include Abdullah Al-Ayadhi, Ahmed Samer Bin Al-Zaim, and Majed Bin Ayed Al-Nifiei.
