Credit Suisse opens Riyadh branch to boost wealth management services

Credit Suisse opened a new branch in Riyadh to enhance its wealth management services in the Kingdom, the bank said in a statement today, Jan. 11.

 

The new branch will enable its customers to take advantage of the wealth management offerings, which include lending services, foreign exchange and treasury products, account and deposit management, in addition to access to investment banking services.

 

Majed El-Kuwaiz, who joined the bank in July 2020, will be the CEO of Riyadh branch, and will be responsible for developing the local solutions to serve high net-worth individuals, the statement added.

 

In April 2019, the Saudi Cabinet approved licensing Credit Suisse to operate in the Kingdom, according to data compiled by Argaam.
