Saudi Arabia records 147 COVID-19 cases on Tuesday

Saudi Arabia recorded 147 COVID-19 cases today, Jan. 12, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 364,096, the Ministry of Health stated.

 

Recoveries reached 151, raising the total number of recovered cases to 355,857 (98% of total COVID-19 cases).

 

Active cases totaled 1,939, of which 310 cases are critical.

 

The Kingdom reported five new deaths, with the death toll standing at 6,300.

 

The Kingdom concluded 50,138 new tests, bringing up the total number of laboratory tests to 11.44 million.

 

Riyadh reported the highest number of COVID-19 cases at 48, followed by Eastern Province (33), Makkah (31) and Asir (12).
