eXtra to open board nominations on Jan. 17

United Electronics Co. (eXtra) will open on Jan. 17, 2021, nominations for membership on the board of directors for the upcoming three-year term starting May 13, 2021, the company said in a bourse filing on Thursday.

 

Interested and eligible shareholders can submit requests for nomination until Feb. 17, 2021, the statement added.
