Thimar says favorable court ruling challenged by defendant

National Agricultural Marketing co. (Thimar) said that the preliminary court ruling issued on Nov. 25, 2020, in its favor was challenged by the defendant.

The case will be transferred to one of the Commercial Appeals Department, the company said in a bourse statement today, Jan. 14, 2021.

Any developments regarding this matter will be announced in a timely manner.

In November 2020, Thimar announced that a preliminary court ruling was issued in its favor by Riyadh Commercial Court, 13th circuit, amounting to a claim of SAR 22.41 million, according to data compiled by Argaam.
