Jadwa REIT Al Haramain’s NAV hits SAR 626 mln in Q4 2020

Jadwa REIT Al Haramain Fund’s net asset value (NAV) reached SAR 625.95 million during the fourth quarter of 2020, fund manager Jadwa Investment said in a bourse statement on Thursday. 

 

NAV per unit reached SAR 9.48 during Q4 2020. 

 

The fund reported that the rental income is the income post temporary suspension of lease contracts on COVID 19 restrictions, while the total expenses (excluded financial charges, depreciation, and amortization) amounted to SAR 416,013.
