Emaar EC chief executive officer Ahmed Linjawy resigns

Emaar The Economic City’s (Emaar EC) board of directors accepted the resignation of chief executive officer Ahmed Bin Ibrahim Linjawy, effective April 12, 2021, the firm said in a bourse statement today, Jan. 17.

 

Linjawy resigned for personal reasons, the statement added.

 

Linjawy was appointed CEO on Dec. 17, 2018. However, the board tasked him with the CEO duties as of Sept. 6, 2018, after the resignation of Fahad bin Abdul Mohsen Al Rasheed.
