Tadawul: Mulkia Gulf REIT goes ex-dividend today

Units of Mulkia Gulf Real Estate REIT have their ex-dividend today, Jan. 20, 2021. 

 

Mulkia Gulf REIT will pay a 1% cash dividend for the 3-month period from Oct. 1, 2020 until Dec. 31, 2020, at SAR 0.10 per unit, amounting to SAR 6.8 million.

 

The payment date will be within 15 business days from record date.
