Saudi Arabia records 223 COVID-19 cases on Tuesday

Saudi Arabia recorded 223 COVID-19 cases today, Jan. 26, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 366,807, the Ministry of Health stated.

 

Recoveries reached 203, raising the total number of recovered cases to 358,340 (98% of total COVID-19 cases).

 

Active cases totaled 2,108, of which 338 cases are critical.

 

The Kingdom reported four new deaths, with the death toll standing at 6,359.

 

A total of 44,642 new laboratory tests were conducted in the Kingdom, increasing the total number of COVID-19 tests to 12.08 million.

 

Riyadh reported the highest number of COVID-19 cases at 78, followed by Eastern Province (45), Makkah (34), Madinah (16) and Qassim (9).
