SVCP shareholders to vote on amending bylaw on Feb. 28

Saudi Vitrified Clay Pipes Co.'s (SVCP) shareholders are set to vote on amending a bylaw during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) that will be held on Feb. 28, 2021, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

The EGM will discuss amending Article 3 of the company's bylaw, with respect to the purposes of the company.

 

Shareholders can vote remotely through the Tadawulaty as of Feb. 24, 2021.
