State Properties General Authority logo
The State Properties General Authority (SPGA) announced that the e-platform Ehkaam will receive a fee for the technical and legal services it provides.
The applicants excluded from paying the fees are those registered in the social security, the authority added.
The fee for owning a 100 square meters (sqm) or less residential property is SAR 200, and the fee for properties ranging between 100 to 500 sqm is SAR 400.
