Red Sea says Tareq Telmesani resigns as CEO

Red Sea International Co. accepted today, Feb. 3, 2021 the resignation of chief executive officer Tareq Mohammed Telmesani, the firm said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The resignation, which was submitted on Jan. 28, 2021, for personal reasons, will be effective on May 1, 2021.

 

Telmesani’s board membership started on Nov. 12, 2020, the statement said.
