Shares of Jazan Energy and Development Co. (JAZADCO) closed limit-up, today, Feb. 16, to reach SAR 22.80, its highest since September 2014.
Accordingly, the stock gained 159% since March 2020.
Trading volume reached around 19.8 million shares, the highest since August 2006, valued at SAR 436.2 million.
Established in 1993, the company owns and reclaims agricultural lands, in addition to digging wells to use them in the development of agricultural projects as well as other activities.
The Tadawul-listed firm increased its capital from SAR 250 million to SAR 500 million in 2005, through a bonus share distribution.
