Saudi Cable shareholders approve audit committee formation

Saudi Cable Co.’s shareholders approved the formation of the audit committee during the ordinary general assembly meeting held on Feb. 17, 2021, the company said in a bourse statement.

They also determined its responsibilities and charter, along with the remunerations of the committee members for the new term, starting from Feb. 17, 2021, until Jan. 13, 2024.

The audit committee includes Noha A. H. Sulaimani, Azhar M. Kenji and Nael Samir M. Fayez.
