Al Mashaar REIT board member resigns

Muscat Capital, the fund manager of Al Mashaar REIT Fund, approved the resignation of non-independent board member Dr. Abdulrahman bin Khalil Tolefat, effective today, Feb. 23, 2021. 

 

Post this resignation, the fund's board members are Ahmed bin Abdulah Al-Busaidy (chairman), Khalid Abdullah Al-Angari (independent member), Saud Saad Alsyari (independent member), Ahmed Basudan (non-independent member) and Ahmed Bishri (non-independent member).

 

 Accordingly, the fund manager will take necessary measures to appoint an independent board member in a timely manner as stipulated in the laws and regulations.
