Lazurde shareholders to elect new board on March 24

Lazurde Company For Jewelry shareholders are set to vote on electing board members for the upcoming three-year term, starting April 26, 2021, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) that will be held on March 24, 2021.

 

Shareholders will also vote on the formation of the audit committee, definition of its duties, work regulations, and remuneration of its members for the new term.

 

Among the candidates for the audit committee are Sabah Khalil Ebrahim Almuayyed, Brian Norman, and Seleim Maroun Fakhouri.

 

Those registered in the issuer’s shareholders registry with the Security Depository Center Co. (Edaa) at the end of the trading session preceding the OGM, as per laws and regulations, are eligible to attend.

 

Shareholders will participate and vote on the meeting agenda items through Tadawulaty system, from March 21, 2021, according to the Capital Market Authority’s (CMA) directions, in line with the government’s efforts to prevent the spread of coronavirus.
