SVCP shareholders approve amending bylaws

Saudi Vitrified Clay Pipes Co.'s (SVCP) shareholders ratified amending Article 3 of the company's bylaw, related to its purposes, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on Feb. 28, 2021.

 

Shareholders approved the amendment in the second EGM held one hour later after failing to meet quorum in the first meeting, the company said in a bourse filing today, March 1, 2021.
